Business processes are a continuous cycle of action and reaction to changes in competitive, technological, market, employee, client, and resource environments. To align with those continuously changing and evolving environments, learning processes must also continuously change and evolve.

Static, linear training presentations do not have the flexibility to react to the demands of constantly changing communities of learners; it takes developing and supporting dynamic knowledge networks that sustain collaborative communities of learners.
